METHOD OF SALE

LOCATION The land is situated on the western side of Penkridge. Three parcels are found on the outskirts of Lapley, approximately 4 miles from Penkridge, and the fourth parcel at The Toft, approximately 3 miles from Penkridge. DIRECTIONS Lapley Land –From Penkridge, take Pinford Lane. After approximately 1.9miles, just after The Swan at Whiston, turn left and continue for approximately 0.2miles before turning right onto Lapley Lane. Continue on Lapley Lane, which becomes Bickford road for approximately 1.7miles into the village of Lapley. Keep right onto Church Lane, and two parcels of the land will be found, one on either side of the road as identified by our ‘for sale’ board. The third parcel is found by turning left within Lapley village along Stretton Road, where the land will be found on the right hand side, as identified by our for sale board. The Toft Land –From Penkridge, head north on Stafford Road (A449), after approximately 0.3miles turn left onto Levedale Road. Continue along Levedale Road for approximately 2.7miles and the land will be found on your left hand side, as identified by our ‘for sale’ board.
